Delete user groups

You can delete the unneeded custom user groups in one of the following ways:
If you wish to delete a custom user group from your Service Account,
Navigate to Service Account or Departments and Users on the tree view pane;
Right-click the user group to be deleted on Departments and Users list view pane and select Delete User Group on the shortcut menu;
If you wish to delete a custom user group from a certain department,
Navigate to the needed department on the tree view pane;
Right-click the user group to be deleted on Departments and Users list view pane and select Delete User Group on the shortcut menu;
You will be asked to confirm your decision to delete the chosen user group in order to avoid unintended actions.
Note: You cannot delete the default user groups - Administrators and Users - neither from your Service Account, nor from the departments.
