Delete Public Folders and containing Outlook items

You can delete the unneeded Public Folders and containing items from your Service Account in one of the following ways:
To delete the unneeded Public Folder,
Navigate to the folder to be deleted on the tree view pane, or select it on the Public Folders list view pane and do one of the following:
Select Delete on the Edit menu;
Click the Delete button on Public Folders toolbar;
Right-click the folder to be deleted and select Delete on the shortcut menu;
To delete the unneeded Outlook item from a certain Public Folder,
Navigate to the folder containing the item to be deleted on the tree view pane, or double-click it on the Public Folders list view pane;
Select the item to be deleted on Public Folders list view pane and do one of the following:
Select Delete on the Edit menu;
Click the Delete button on Public Folders toolbar;
Right-click the item to be deleted and select Delete on the shortcut menu;
Note:
Double-clicking the folder on tree view pane or Public Folders list view pane opens the selected folder. You may utilize this feature to view the contents of folders or access the containing items on the Public Folders list view pane.
You may also delete Public Folders and containing items directly in Microsoft Outlook, the same way you delete ordinary Outlook folders and items.
